The RAPTOR C retractable type fall arrester with self-retracting galvanised steel cable and automatic blocking function enables safe working at height and depth. RAPTOR C is modular in design so that all components can be replaced individually, reducing inspection times and maintenance costs. An energy-absorbing inlet damper protects the device housing and the internal mechanics, so that continuously occurring impacts can be reduced and hand injuries can be excluded when pulling in the rope. The retractable type fall arrester has two fall indicators visible to the user, which indicate the device's functionality even from the outside. A red indicator warns the user as soon as the device needs to be checked. The user is thus protected from a device that is no longer operational and additional time can be saved during the annually prescribed inspection. RAPTOR C is suitable for both vertical (140 kg) and horizontal application (100 kg) over edge due to the flexible interchangeable marking. The sophisticated housing design also allows space-saving and device-friendly storage.
